I know things are moving very fast including an unexpected office move and shipping out Polisys. Any update from UDI on the issues reported with Schlage locks?

To be sure I understand, the direct ip option does not include 14 day trial?

Do you have any else branch in the program that turns the fan on that is turning it off?

I had similar problem and solved it by deleting MobiLinc and adding it back to the device.

4.x has been the official branch for a few years. UDI has been updating the underlying architecture and working towards Z-wave certification in the 5.x branch. 5.0.16 (rc1) is solid and there is no reason to hold back. I was very conservative but made the move in June to 5.0.15A. Not a single issue.

5.0.16 and 5.0.15A before it are excellent quality products. No reason to keep waiting.

I think variable assignment from devices is a V5 feature.

C = (F- 32) * 5/9 So Step1Result f-=32 Cel = step1result * .55555 Are you using v4 or v5? V4 has no decimal notation as I recall.

I had the same issue after I upgraded to 5.0.15A. The solution for me was to delete MobiLinc and all data from each iOS device and then add it back one at a time. Also, my ISY error log would have an error trail when it was happening. Take a look at it for repeating cycle. Can’t recall the exact errors.

Does firmware and UI versions match? Both should be 4.7.3

I use 3 Venstar Colorpoint thermostats. I use a predefined schedule in ISY to set the set-points on two systems with one being a split zone system. I use ISY for this function so I can program all thermostats in one place and not need to recall the functions on the thermostat or have to reprogram it if replaced. I use Fan settings to apply whole house humidifier to the zoned system. I have override functions tied to keypad buttons so each thermostat can stay at manually set set-points and ignore its program. Back to days before the auto mode on thermostats, I still have programs that set heat, auto, and cool based on combination of outside temp and couple other data points. I’ve thought of removing them (and likely will) but the dead-band between heat and cool set-points creates some limits I don’t like. In my region during late spring you often need heat at night and early morning and then cooling by the time you arrive home from work.

Okay I've got two Nodes and the device is a Ring Doorbell Pro name Front Door. The nodes are Front Door and Front Door Motion. Does that sound right? Don't have time to look at programs and see if they have support for ringing the bell and motion being detected but it sound reasonable they would. Thanks

I've done this twice and still no nodes. Should I delete and add to slot 4?

The node server added Ring in slot 3. There are no nodes in device listing. Do I add each desired node (doorbell, Doorbell Ding, Doorbell Motion) including giving them a node and primary node address? If so is there a naming convention for these nodes? Do you still need log

Okay it just worked. There were different boxes when I clicked on configuration and then the large blue band displayed with click here displayed. It never got to this point in multiple attempts before. Looks to be working

It’s says provisioning node and it may take several minutes. Nothing happens so I stop and start node and get the messages in the right hand corner about them being successful but the log has no entries.

I'm attempting to install the Ring Polyglot Cloud nodeserver. It installs in slot 3 in console and on ISY as expected but it never asks for the Ring credentials to make the connection. What simple step am I missing?

Yes, it is one of my favorite ISY features. You: Add the new keypad of same kind number of buttons and dimmer / switch Move broken one out of any folder Click on broken one and select replace Pick the one just added ISY will update itself and all scene member ships and programs internally with the new Insteon ID I have had to restore other devices in the scenes on occasion to get links back it sync.

Thanks I’ll use it. I was planning to move from 4.7.3 to 5.0.15 this weekend but see the only zwave devices I have (Schlage deadbolts) may have issues. Waiting to see if it’s sorted out.
