Where did you find "Delete All?" Is the green light you're referring to in the portal between the UUID and Alias? Do you have the ISY Optimized for Smart Home V2 skill installed?
If power goes down, then the ISY can't send a message. If the ISY is on a UPS, the it won't power down nor be able to detect a power down. An external. battery powered device is needed. An I/O Linc and Open/Close Sensor can do that.
I use exactly that setup. The buttons (two garages) both control the garage doors and are lit if any garage door is open. Follow MWareman's advice, change the magnetic switch to one like this.
The most common reason for an Insteon device to be able to turn on a load, but not off is an incompatible load. What is the load, CFL, LED, transformer. incandescent, other?
Insteon compatible locks can be remotely locked, but do not report their status. Nearly any Z-Wave lock will accomplish what you want. I prefer Schlage, but Yale is popular, too.
The skill only has the ability to change the temperature. You can't change the mode nor turn the thermostat off. And if it's off, then you can't turn it on by voice.
V5 is still in Alpha, not Beta. Things generally work OK, but not always. That's why v5+ has not yet advanced to Beta. It's suggested that you not install it if you critically depend on your ISY, for example, some you live with
There's absolutely no way my wife could read an analog clock without numbers, even less so at a glance. Everything else the clock does is great.
I kinda agree. I can glance at an analog clock and immediately see how much time I have for a two-fifteen appointment if it's ten-thirty. Much easier than seeing 10:30 and calculating the duration until 2:15.
