8 Button Keypad Not Recognizing Pushes on 3 Buttons
I wrote programs for each of my battery powered sensors that updates the device each time they're activated. For motion sensors, pass by them; for window/door sensors, open or close the window.door; for leak sensors, tap the button. The leak sensor is the most difficult, but you only need the tap the set button and not hold it. The programs are disable to save the battery and enabled as needed. Here's on example: IN Laundry Sensor If Control 'IN / Devices / IN Laundry Room-Dry' is switched On Then Set 'IN / Devices / IN Laundry Room-Dry' Write Device Updates Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

Whole house audio w/ Echo?
Due to the location of my Echos, I use Bluetooth receivers plugged into a remote controlled audio/video switch. (I don't use the video inputs/output.) You could use a wired connection with an adapter (RCA to 3.5 mm) instead of the Bluetooth receiver for on or both Echos.

Garage Door Randomly Opens
A problem is that each time a signal is sent to the opener (e.g., I/O Linc Relay), the door operates, so if it's already closed, then it will open. Here's the garage close program I use which checks the state of the sensor first. You only need to add a time condition. GG Garage 1 Close If Status 'GG / Devices / GG Garage 1 Sensor' is On Then Set 'GG / Devices / GG Garage 1 Sensor / GG Garage 1 Relay' On Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

Workaround for Low Voltage Fireplace Switch
It's in accordance with the code if line voltage wires are in the back (e.g., wall or ceiling box) and low voltage wwires are in the front (i.e., not in the same box). Here's an example: https://smile.amazon.com/Everyday-Door-Bell-Chime-Transformer/dp/B019BW9VZ2/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1482866833&sr=8-4&keywords=bell+transformer and another: https://smile.amazon.com/NuTone-C915-Junction-Transformer-Chime/dp/B001PO2BK2/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1482866833&sr=8-9&keywords=bell+transformer

Workaround for Low Voltage Fireplace Switch
As long as you select line and neutral from the same circuit you can use an Insteon switch or keypad to control any other Insteon device. Also, johnlew is correct. For decades the code has not allowed low voltage and line voltage to be in the same box without a barrier.

Workaround for Low Voltage Fireplace Switch
What would you control with the Insteon switch? You can't use it to control "pretty much anything," only another Insteon device. The only low voltage switching devices are the Insteon thermostat which requires a separate power supply or the I/O Linc.

Multi room audio set up
This link may help with iTunes. I added a Bluetooth receiver to my audio system and control iTunes from an iPhone. Different Echos don't communicate, but if you set up a Household profile, then you can switch Echo is being commanded. The Echos will not be in sync. edit: It seems that you can download Amazon music to iTunes, but not the other way.

Motion Sensor Question
It's not a good ides to warm up an engine for more that half a minute. It really doesn't help and wastes gas. Search Google for "warming up an engine." Although there's some arguments to do it, look who says no and who says yes. I go with the more authoritative posters. I stopped that practice more than two decades ago

Motion Sensor Question
If you use a program to turn off the device(s) controlled by the MS, then you must select send an On each time as motion is sensed. Doing so will reset the program timer.

Multiple Amazon accounts, one Echo...
Yes, to all your questions about the Echo, here's the instructions, All about family accounts. You can also link Kindle accounts.

Trigger a program when a scene is turned off
A scene cannot control a scene nor can a scene trigger a program. Although you can turn a scene on or off, the scene does not have a state (device can be turned off when a scene is turned on). However, the can use the sate of devices in a scene to trigger a program. If there's more than on device in the scene then, depending on what you want, use AND for all the devices or use OR for any one device.

Echo-milights-insteon-lutron help needed
Do you meant that you purchased the portal (which includes the network module) or did you buy just the network module? Are any of your Lutron devices Z-Wave or are the Lutron propriety?

Amazon Echo Help
AFAIK, the Amazon Echo does not include a Bluetooth receiver, only a transmitter. You can output to a Bluetooth speaker, but you can't send a Bluetooth signal to the Echo. This thread may help.

Wiring three-way light switches (again)
That's not clear if you got the neutral from another switch.
-
Workaround for Low Voltage Fireplace Switch
The standard switch is probably controlling low voltage. An Insteon switch requires line voltage.

Execute Network Resource with Alexa
I use the opposite thinking. On places the window covering onto the window, off takes to window covering off the window.

Wiring three-way light switches (again)
It's unsafe to pick up a neutral from another circuit. If you have a (not shown) 2-wire cable, one where the black connects to the "elsewhere" wire, then you can change some connections and wire safely and according to code.
-
Wiring three-way light switches (again)
If the black A wire is the line, then there must be a black & white wire cable not shown.
-
Add logic to insteon micro on/iff
That's not possible with only one Insteon device. You will need two devices, one connected to the load and one not.
-
Wiring three-way light switches (again)
It's not possible for cables A and C to be opposite ends of the same cable. You'll need to remove the fixture.
-
Wiring three-way light switches (again)
The diagram you posted is not possible. For one, there cannot be a cable with only one wire And a wire that goes "elsewhere" doesn't make sense if it's part of a 3-wire cable. Which wire is connected to the black screw at each switch. BTW, the only way to get accurate reading on a meter is to remove the load (e.g., unscrew the bulb).
