  1. Is "Motion Sensors / Driveway" a scene with both sensors? There's n need to include the same scene twice. Also, an or statement should include multiple (different) commands, not just one. More importantly, do you have the MS set to send ON commands only. If not, then the MS will turn it's links off no matter what you program.
  2. If you have one program and an Or for both sensors, the second trigger should interrupt the Wait and restart the program/timer.
  3. The ramp rate of 9 minutes is for older Insteon devices. The current maximum rate is 8 minutes. Any rate set above that is equivalent to the minimum rate, so you shouldn't see a difference in response if 9 minutes is set. OTOH, the ramp rate shouldn't change itself, but I've seen that occasionally-usually after an upgrade. The only solution I found is to reset the ramp rate. The PLM green light and ISY blue light is normal and expected, so that's good
  4. Nope. But, I'm finding that results vary. Open works with only some device and scenes, close always works, so does shut.
  5. Paul, I'm using the ISY v2 skill. Have you tried open/close with any other scene or device?
  6. As I've posted in a different topic, I have success using open/close, even shut. with devices and scenes, but no success with programs. According to UD, open and close should work with all. Teken, Securely controlling garage door using voice commands depends on the situation. Our home is gated, the garages are 70 feet from and 20 feet above the street. I'm comfortable using voice commands. But, I won't use them for the entry gates nor any doors. Regarding my comment above, I use scenes to control the garage doors, so it really doesn't matter if we say open or close, each command reverses the current position of the door. OTOH, I have a program that closes the garage doors, but can't open them. I have to tell Alexa to turn the program On.
  7. I find that open/close works with devices and scenes. It does not work with programs.
  8. Your spouse's name is Rice Cooker?
  9. The Harmony skill allows turning devices/activities on or off, nothing more.
  10. The Insteon thermostat is not WiFi.
  11. B-52's actually. Armament & Electronics, 99th Wing.
  12. That's a great time and place to talk in reverse. You may be able to take back everything you've said.
  13. All my 2441 thermostats (3 wired, 4 wireless) show only three nodes, main, heat and cool. But, I can trigger a program based on the state of the fan and/or use a program to control the state of the fan.

    Timer Thermostat

What does the thermostat read when the program restarts?
  15. It's where I dedicated four years.
  16. Larry, it's easy to replenish your supply of words. Simply talk backwards
  17. Saddened and envious.
  18. Electrical tape totally obliterates the illumination. Light dims make the glow dimmer. And they leave no residue when removed.
  19. Thanks for bringing the volume down
  20. The purpose of only one responding is for when they're all on the same account. If you have more than one account and the Echos are within earshot, both will respond separately--unless they have different wake words.
  21. Why would you put one in a woodstove? They don't generate much heat
  22. Oops, I misread you question. You can use the Harmony to control an ISY device, scene or program, that is, from the Harmony to the ISY, not the other way, from the ISY to the Harmony.
  23. Do you have the 2441THZ on batteries of a power supply? If on batteries, then a power supply may help. You can use any 5VDC supply. USB power supplies are 5VDC.
  24. Least liked list, Traffic. Only one destination can be entered.
