ISY Portal vs MobilLinc vs Network Module
If you already own the network module purchasing a subscription for the portal will not affect you at all. You cannot use the MobiLinc portal and the ISY protal concurrently, it's one or the other. Again, if you don't use the MobiLinc portal, then the ISY portal will not change anything for you. The portal allows you to easily integrate an Amazon Echo with the ISY as well as IFTTT. Also, you'll have a secure off-site connection to the ISY with no need to set anything up (e.g., port forwarding).

Programming a FanLinc and KeypadLinc
Setting the level of the speed buttons other than the controller button to 0% creates mutually exclusive buttons. Do not use buttons Grouping as problems can arise if you need to change those settings.

Away Mode
I prefer depending entirely on the state of a Keypad button that I can turn on upon leaving or using an app or the portal. Away Folder Conditions for 'Away' If Status 'Keypad Button' is 100% And Status 'Keypad Button' is not Off Then Allow the programs in this folder to run.

Programming a FanLinc and KeypadLinc
I don't know about the referred to link, but I use Keypads, Mini Remotes and programs th control the fan's speed and everything is in sync.

ISY not responding to switch events. Is it the PLM?
I have prime. I was hesitant for years. But Prime also includes a lot of free movies that my wife enjoys plus enough more that we cut the cable (satellite actually). I also use the Amazon store card witch returns 5% on virtually every sale. To date, we've earned $201.66 this year alone, way more than enough to pay the fee. And we get fast delivery even on a $2 item. Plus a $1 credit toward e-books and more if we don't want fast delivery. Everyday items such as tp, soap, paper towels, etc. by the case adds up. So do the saving on gas and, most especially, time spent shopping. We still buy clothes, fresh produce and more in person Yes, I did the math

Programming a FanLinc and KeypadLinc
The instructions are not easy and one error can cause unexpected results. So lets start with one scene-High. Select the High scene, click on the +. What devices are in that scene? Which device(s) are controllers (in red), which are responders (in blue)?

Are you using a program? Have you tried using a scene?

2nd failed wall outlet. Anyone else having problems?
I've had two 2663 outlets fail that were controlling a window A/C with even a lower amp rating. An ApplianceLinc works. BTW, I bypassed the electronics so that only one outlet is controllable, which is all I needed in another location.

LED Strip light dimmer compatible with 2477D
Insteon dimmers are leading edge and use TRIACs. Read the section Forward Phase dimmers.

Insteon garage door control and Genie Powermax
Jumper the two wires at the wall switch. If that operates the door, then you're god to go. Connect the I/O Linc COM and NO to either the two wires at the wall switch or terminals 1 and 2 at the head unit.

Insteon 3-Way (2nd switch FOUND)
It's already figured out. What connects to what depends on your readings

ISY not responding to switch events. Is it the PLM?
mwester, do you have a Prime account?

Insteon 3-Way (2nd switch FOUND)
I used flex and metal boxes when we added a bedroom which is required in certain municipal codes (and Canada), as pointed out by mwester. The wiring was done in seven colors plus white and gray (so I could distinguish neutrals) using 12 AWG. Each traveler is a different color (now all Insteon). My wife actually enjoyed pulling wire

ISY not responding to switch events. Is it the PLM?
I've gotten several Sunday and holiday deliveries. Amazon manages 25 hour days, 8 days a week. Clicking on Proceed to checkout rings you doorbell and gently drops the package at your front door

I/O link garage door notifications
Open the garage. Does the sensor indicate as ON? The relay should show as OFF.

ISY not responding to switch events. Is it the PLM?
The carrier doesn't work on Sunday. Also SH is closed. Your order will probably ship on Monday

Insteon 3-Way (2nd switch FOUND)
The orange wires connected to the brass screws on each 3-way switch are travelers. Remove the blue wire from the black screw on the 3-way switch in the garage. What is the voltage reading between that blue wire and ground? Remove the orange wire connected to the black screw on the 3-way switch inside the house. What is the voltage reading between that orange wire and ground?

Implement zig bee to a existing smart home
The ZigBee wall switches I found are more costly than Insteon. Is there a ZigBee in-wall outlet? How about an in-wall keypad? What will you do about RF interference? How do you know that the ZigBee switches will last any longer than the Insteon ones?

Repeat Scene turn on.
BTW, it's been mentioned a couple of times that Then Set Scene 'Night Time Mood Dim' On Repeat 1 times Set Scene 'Night Time Mood Dim' On is exactly the same as Then Set Scene 'Night Time Mood Dim' On Set Scene 'Night Time Mood Dim' On Any statement following Repeat 1 times will be executed once only.

Insteon 3-Way (2nd switch FOUND)
As long as you comply with the code, I'm willing to provide help The black screw on a 3-way switch (so called because it has 3 connections) is either the line or the load. The other two wire are the travelers. If you really don't intend to ever use the second switch, then you can bypass it. Use a blank plate to cover the opening. Make any correction as needed: 1. I notice that the box with two switches has a 3-way with two gray wires one of which goes to the switch on the left. Is that the black screw on the 3-way switch that has two gray wires? Also that the switch on the left has only one gray wire attached. 2. At the other box with three orange wires, what other wires are in the same opening as the wire connected to the black screw? 3. What other wires are in the opening with the other with orange wires? Do you have a voltmeter?

Insteon 3-Way (2nd switch FOUND)
Any color wire can be identified as a different purpose using tape or paint. Any color wire can be used without identification for any purpose with the following exceptions: a neutral wire must be identified as such using white or gray and only green (or green with a color stripe) or a bare wire can be a ground wire.

Insteon 3-Way (2nd switch FOUND)
It is not in compliance with the code to have an electric box that is not accessible, but it is possible to bypass the 2nd switch. BTW, it's really odd that all wires to the switches are the same color. You don't have Romex, wires were pulled through metallic conduit or flex, so multiple colors are easy.
