you probably need to upgrade to 5.3.4 and use default for mail service. the upgrade fixed my identical issue

issue may be 5.3.4 needs the Zwave 500 board and it still shows out of stock. IDK if they will come back in stock, have been looking for months

This got me thinking. I have a current Polisy I using as a test box, but I have one of the initial Polisy's running as a PG2 machine only. It is at 12.2 Earlier we were advised not to update via SSH but use the upgrade button 12.2 doesnt have. Is there a reccomended path to upgrade ? ...Barry

The announcement email said easy upgrade from ISY994 with 500 series Zwave module Previously there was mention of upgrading from 300 series Zwave. Is that off the table ? I was under the impression that the 500 series module was no longer available ...Barry

@Geddy TU the upgrade notes never mentioned notifications May I ask another ?? I need to upgrade another site with the 500 series board to make it work there I have 2 Zwave modules setting in front of me One with an LED on the side and one without Searched but cant find the answer is one of them a 500 series board ?? There have been a couple of threads on recent mail issues Twice I have seen "Use the default" If I click on use default it errors out I had been using what I thought was the UDI default mail server (see below) It no longer works on ISY994 latest firmware Any suggestions ? I recapped 4 units about 5 years ago (preventative, hadn't failed yet) and have not had a single issue

I have the same issue as @gviliunas I installed a Ecolink motion sensor that I removed from the ISY It installed, but motion never turns off

I upgraded via SSH and had issues (1) after reboot finder complained that admin console was 5.1.1 and needed to be 5.2 delete, update java, clear cache, reinstall fixed that (2) finder see's the Polisy, but with a UUID of 00:00:00:00:00:01 admin console loads but is in a continuous loop of refreshing views (3) reboot and UUID correct, but wont launch admin console from finder (4) sudo service isy restart, now appears up and working now off to Zwave ...Barry

I am switching ISP's and as a result, my email address that is my portal address and amazon sub account address will go away. (1) if I do nothing will my portal access still continue and will my alexa programs still run ? (2) is there any "clean" way to migrate both to a new email account ???
