My Son is very smart in business but I bet that he does not know the difference between a modem and a router, and it is doubtful that he would know anything about a firmware update .

I make extensive use of Holidays Google and in fact I created 9 specific sub calendars that I use in ISY programs. As example, I have specific wake-up ISY programs for the days that my wife works, when I have morning meetings, and other programs such as for when the cleaning lady comes. My Chromecast devices play different radio stations depending on when my wife works or not . This is one of my favorite node servers and indeed yesterday I upgraded to the PG3 version. Regretfully, from time to time, something goes wrong and at midnight the calendar nodes in my ISY do not change to the following day. This happened this morning and the early wake-up program ran because the specific Holidays Google node was stuck on yesterday and therefore it took yesterday's calendar event as being for today. However the ISY Administrative Console itself was on the correct date. In other words, my Administrative Console showed today's date at the top left but yesterday's date in the various calendar nodes of the Holidays Google Node server in ISY. Very weird. The creator of the Node server, @firstone has been very nice and several times has reviewed my Node server logs which basically showed that the Node server was running properly. So clearly it is something in ISY or in the Administrative Console. I believed that maybe the error was that I left the AC open during the night, but that was not the case last night, so I am at a loss. As mentioned, it only happens infrequently and I just live with it. Right now I am only running the Node server on ISY and not yet on IoP. Maybe the issue disappears when I migrate everything to IoP. The issue may be specific to my setup, and I strongly recommend this Node server.

Just for information, this morning I went to my Son's home, connected locally to his ISY and did a reboot. Now the ISY is again accessible remotely, including in ISY Portal. This has never happened before. If it ever happens again, I will just ask my Son or daughter-in-law to power cycle the ISY.

I share your opinion. In fact it must be one of the reasons why Smartlabs failed.

I checked that to make sure and I actually renewed it 2 weeks ago. Maybe the ISY needs a reboot after renewing the Portal account ?

This morning I wanted to change something on my Son's ISY (5.0.16) using remote login credentials of his ISY Portal account and I was not able to access it. I can enter his ISY Portal account and it shows that he ISY is not connected. The ISY is working normally, executing its programs, and it also sends programmed emails to confirm certain actions. Does anyone hs an idea why this ISY is working normally but showing as not connected in the ISY Portal ?

Yeah, like the 5 Scene switch that I ordered in April 2021 for shipping in June 2021......

Very interesting and it explains a lot. This being said, as enthusiastic as I was about Inovelli when they started, I have the strong feeling that they are taking water and that Zigbee / Matter is a struggle for survival. Their customer service is nil. Exactly a year ago, I ordered (and paid for) a 5-scene switch that was supposed to come out soon. No updates for along time and when I asked to cancel my order and asking for a refund, I received no reply. I have GE/Jasco, Homeseer, Inovelli and Zooz switches and the fail ratio of Inovelli is worse than all others.

I doubt that Zwave will fail. There are too many manufacturers and devices for Zwave to disappear as what appears to be the case of Insteon. However, new technologies come and go and Zwave may fade away over time. Right now Google Home , Alexa and Apple Homekit seem to focus on the unsophisticated market but that could change with better user interface Apps. And will Matter not matter, or will it ? Interestingly I saw that Inovelli is coming with a Zigbee device. I had hopes for Inovelli as they came out with (as their name suggests) with innovative Zwave products, but for a while now they seem to have gone the Smarthome way, sold out and no customer service. Also, the quality of their products is far from perfect. Therefore going into Zigbee may be their swan song.

When I click on Download in PG 3 "Backup and Restore" nothing happens.....

I am trying to understand what exactly I can do with this. This Zwave device (Guest Fan Light) is linked (in Scenes or Programs) to some of the other devices listed in Native Links but for sure not to all, so I am not sure to understand what these native links tell me or allow me to do with.

Thanks. Yes I used the "usual" SSH update Sudo commands and PG3 is back !!!!!!! My mistake may indeed have been to do a Reboot Polisy before the updates had been completed. When there are 100 updates, it is better to wait quite a bit before a reboot.

what SSH command should is use ?

I just did a 'Check for Polisy Updates', noticed 100 available, then did 'Update Polisy', and now I can no longer access PG3. I tried 'Reboot Polisy' but no success. I can access Isy on Polisy and control its devices, but the PG3 node servers are not working on either ISY or on ISY on Polisy. Any suggestion ?

I have sorted out in my old way ( THEN Node server notification - node Bad Weather - message Node server notification - node Bad Weather - devices all Node server notification - node Bad Weather - priority Node server notification - node Bad Weather -ON ) But I would like to understand how to create a Custom Content in the Admin Console which can contain the drivers from the NOAA Weather node to tell you the Alert and Wind speed in the message. Then the program will just have one line in the 'Then' section.
