  1. I left the car without charger overnight to determine the possible loss caused by the nodeserver, as well as by the HA Integration. In fact I realized that I forgot to disconnect a heads-on-display, which possibly also used energy. The result was around 3 miles and about 1 %, which I find negligeable. As such I have no concerns over the nodeserver connecting to the car.

    Z Wave roll back

I don't have door locks (prohibited by the fire code in my condo building ) so I can't take that into account. I have a complicated set-up as well (according to Chris Jahn ), with more than 80 Zwave, about 15 Kasa plugs and lights, as well as some 8 nodeservers. I also connect my IoX (eisy) to Home Assistant. Migration is always more complicated (for me at least) than it seems and I got used to go over the instructions steps several times and sometimes resort to UD support. But I migrated to Polisy when this came out and now I migrated to eisy, and my system is very stable.

    Z Wave roll back

Others are far more technical than I am, but I wonder why you want to go back to ISY. Most likely any issue that you may have on eisy can be addressed with a ticket to UD support.

    devlist.yaml

I have similar issues with Lifx ns and have stopped using Lifx (switched to Kasa).
  5. I no longer use Polisy (using eisy), so I'll let others chime in. Alternatively, open a ticket.
  6. Restart Polyglot 3x
  7. BTW every time I do this, I need to power cycle eisy as otherwise I can not get into PG3.
  8. Do the update in PG3 itself SYSTEM -RESTART
  9. Understood. In fact the HA Tesla Integration is a bit more complete, but I am not very proficient with HA Automations. As explained in a previous conversation, I mostly use the Nodeserver to keep maximum charge at 20 amps. I have not noticed heavy usage overnight, but I don't check much.
  10. My question referred to " I have my short poll set for 86399 ". Did you mean long poll ?
  11. What is the best suggested long poll setting ? Currently it is 86400.
  12. I have not yet left my car for a sufficient long time to notice this issue, but this is an interesting and important question.
  13. @shbatm and @stevehoyt I got Yellow Box to work with IoX Integration. I created a new Backup on my old setup and restored this to the Yellow Box. It works !
  14. The process is relatively easy as long as you ignore the instructions 🙃. This is because the instructions describe a process as if you install HA on a RPi for the first time, while in fact HA is pre-installed on the Yellow Box. After connecting power and ethernet cable it takes some time for the HA log in screen to come on. After the login, do a Restore from a previous backup and that should be all. Unfortunately the ISY Integration does not work and I have no idea why. I sent @shbatm a copy of the log and hopefully he can give me some guidance. For the time being I went back to my old setup on a RPi.
  15. I received the Yellow Box and successfully restored a backup from my RPi HA setup. However the Universal Devices IoX Integration no longer works. Other than that, HA works well. Did anyone succeed to use the HA Yellow Box with the IoX Integration ?
  16. Upgrade appears to be ok for me.
  17. I found the solution : I needed to add the command "Update System Data"
  18. I understand. That is why I want to use the Tesla Node Server so that I don't have the expense of changing outlet and connector.
  19. 14-50 / Tesla mobile connector (no adapters)
  20. I am using the mobile connector. It is true that I do not have an excellent cell connection in the garage, but the car is also connected to wifi. Unfortunately, my experience so far is, unless I set it manually to 20 Amps, that it defaults to 32 Amps and not 24.
  21. That is exactly the issue because sometimes when I park it shows at the default 32 Amps. You are probably right about the 24 Amps, but to be safe I prefer 20 Amps which is well sufficient for my needs. If I ever need a faster charge, there are chargers in the building and nearby we have Tesla Super Chargers. However in 99% of the time, 20 Amps is ok for me. My Tesla car is new and for sure I still have things to learn. What I really want to know is if others have used the Tesla Node Server to set the Amps of the car.
  22. I have a private garage in my condo building. Though I have my own electricity (FP&L South Florida) account for the garage, the main breaker is elsewhere in the building and I have no access to it. The result is that I get 30 amps in the garage and because there is also a A/C unit, a fridge etc in the garage, when I charge my Tesla at 30 amps it triggers the breaker (to which I have no access). As such I set the charging to 20 amps, which is more than enough for over night charging. The Tesla does not let me set 20 amps as default and defaults to 32 Amps. I don't want to forget setting it manually every time. I created two programs : (1) Whenever my MyQ garage door opens (using the MyQ Node Server), it sets the amps to 20 (using the Tesla Node Server). (2) At 12 am (with repeat every 1/2 hour), charging set to 20 Amps (using the Tesla Node Server). However, it does not look that these 'instructions' get to the Tesla. These are my programs. Anyone has an idea ?
  23. @shbatm Since the latest ISY Integration update in HA, my ISY dimmers (lights and fan controllers) no longer show up as dimmers, only as ON/OFF. You have any idea what nay have happened ?
  24. FYI, I esxtensively use the Holidays Google Node Server. It is highly underrated in ISY and deserves to be known. My wife and I have mostly different wake-up times. In my Google calendar I created sub-calendars for different events : wake-up time my wife wake-up time me day(s) cleaning lady trips etc. With the HG node servers, this creates a Today and Tomorrow node for each sub-calendar. In the Google Calendar I create All-Day events for the different events. Then in ISY I create programs that turn lights on, open curtains, make Alexa announcements (weather etc), using the Today nodes of the specific Google sub-calendars. I also use the Tomorrow nodes in programs to send me an email reminder of what time a wake-up program will run the following day. This ism probably my favorite Node Server.
