Good morning Benoit. I unlinked the UDI skill from the second GH account. I still get the Spoken error message in ISY Portal, but, as you suggested, the Spokens are actually sent to GH. As such, it is just a 'cosmetic' issue as the system works. Later today, I may perform a reboot or even a factory reset of GH (I have 4) to see if that makes a difference.

You are right Benoit, even with error message, the Spoken is actually sent to the GH App. I have 2 Google accounts linked to my GH App, hoping that soon both my calendars work with GH (one calendar is a G-Suitte account which apparently is not yet fully operative with GH).

OK. But I still get " Error sending your spokens. Is Google Home linked? " in ISY Portal when sending Spokens. Obviously my GH APP is linked as I can control my ISY devices.

Benoit, I still only see 'unlink account' for Universal Devices and not the 'refresh' (only had that option for 1 or 2 days several weeks ago). Do you have any idea what I can do get this option ? Thanks

What about using IFTTT and different Google accounts ?

I have several Google Home devices as well as two Alexa wands, linked to my (40+) Zwave devices through ISY Portal. I mostly use Google Home and it generally works well but it is a learning process. I don't know whether my European accent plays a role, but I have found out that "Switch On" works better than "Turn On", but "Turn Off" works better than "Switch Off"..... When it comes to names, one of my Sons' name is Eli pronounced like 'Aylee'. As such I used 'Aylee' to set the Spokens for his room. Sometimes I have to repeat commands several times and maybe we set our expectations too high with new technologies.

I know that Stu is far more knowledgable than I am, but just to make sure..... with ZWave 3-way you only need 1 traveller wire and you can use the second traveller to bring neutral to your switches.

I have not tried other brands, but I have 6 Foscam cameras and am very satisfied.

Let us know what error message Google Home tells you. You may also want to try 'switch on' .

Benoit, Thanks for your comments. Controlling my lights with Google Home works perfectly fine so I have to assume that I have properly linked GH with ISY Portal. When I have some time I will speak to GH Support. They are usually very helpful but I somehow expect them to say that it is not a GH issue. It is not a major issue. Unlink and Link does the job as well, even if it is a bit more cumbersome. It is more about understanding why I have the problem than about the problem itself.....

I vaguely remember that there may be some kind of discount on ISY Portal for those already having the network module. I suggest that you write to support@universal-devices.com

Wes was not able to address my camera issue. While I believe his explanation that it is related to new TMobile settings, IPCamViewerPro resolved that issue. I continue to be happy with Mobilinc for the ISY devices control, but buying the camera add-on was a mistake. There is an alternative (not for cameras) in the "Amazon Alexa" App, which works for those that have connected their Alexa devices with ISY. It is a cool APP but not yet as good as Mobilinc.

Benoit OK understood. That is indeed what I have and it works for me. For a moment I had understood that I needed to use my gmail account in ISY Portal for the "Send Spoken" to Google Home . I guess that I will figure out the "Send Spoken" but in the meantime I can synchronize from within the Google Home App.

That may explain something. I use a hotmail.com account for ISY Portal, while of course a gmail.com account for Google Home. Furthermore my hotmail account is the same as the one I use for Amazon. I do not want to change my Amazon account. Anyone has a suggestion on how I can change my ISY Portal account to a Google account while keeping the connection to my Amazon account which is with hotmail ????

Error sending your spokens. Is Google Home linked?"> I can assure you that GH is linked and it shows the devices. With regard to Alexa, there is no error message but I believe that it does not work. It seems that I must go to alexa.amazon.com and perform a Discover, then go to the Alexa App and Add a Device. In ISY Portal it mentions that I need Smarthome Skill V3 and I have no idea what version I have or even where to check.

I find the new Alexa App very appealing. Because I have more than 40 (ZWave) devices, I look at my devices by Group. The only negative is that the status does not show until you actually click on either ON or OFF. Other than this negative, this APP is as good as Mobilinc. This being said, the update process includes several steps on 2 web sites and in 1 App : ISY Portal, add devices in Connectivity, Amazon Echo, Device.... Alexa.Amazon.com, Discover Alexa App, Add Device But once done, very nice. Mobilinc requires fewer steps, all in the App : Settings Lightning Controller Tap to Synch with ISY Update Only

Last week I noticed, and actually used, the option of 'update devices' (or something similar) below 'unlink account'. That option disappeared the following day. This morning, no change and still only 'unlink account'.
