So trying to add the 1st program for the scene "If Stairway 3-way status is on" I am not seeing scenes as an option under the "IF Status" conditions. Is it possible that is expected and can't be done that way? thanks! Edit: Possible this could replace the scene off delay program if the above is not possible? Motions are activating the scene directly. They are the original 2842-222 units. Screen shot of scene attached. Ok guys & gals.. I believe I have seen some threads on this before where it could be possible so wanted to check in my situation if there are options. I have a scene that controls a 3 way stairway arrangement with insteon dimmers (one is a keypad 5 button dimmer) The scene also has 4 motion sensors strategically placed that turn the scene on with motion & off after a 30 second timeout. The thing is with the motion sensors, I don't currently have a way to manually override the motion sensors. I do have a program that adjusts the scene so it doesn't come on in the middle of the night. Is there a simple way to override the motion controlled scene and allow me to turn the 3 way on until manually turn it back off? Any other details I can add to help? Thanks as always!

Well just to update in case anyone else runs into it.. the factory reset and restore did not stop the continuous blinking. I guess it is just done although still working.

Have a 2843-222 Open / Close sensor that seems to be failing but not 100% sure based on what I'm seeing and wanted to check if anyone else has seen this. It still works and my notifications come in fine. What I see is a long and 2 short led flashes when the unit is resting about every 5 seconds. I am not having luck searching here or elsewhere what this indicates. I have not tried to do a factory reset yet but thinking that might be my next option. Since it works for now I'd like to see if there is another option or know what this is before going through that Thanks in advance & have a great rest of your weekend.

Thanks.. I suspected that.. I pretty much have been using Locative which was working even with the last update pretty well. I did notice my notifications for Mobilinc seemed consistent with 15.3 but I had already cut all my programs over. Good to know others are seeing the same in case I do need Mobilinc again.

So I ended up going with Bali & the premium remote as the sale was significant based on other brands. Should be here next week. I would like to include these in the ISY for now and open to future options. One thing that I'm wondering is I see some comments about adding in the remote as a controller as this post suggests. I guess I was wondering.. does the remote have to be included or will the blinds work just adding in the motors into the ISY? Anyone have experience with this? Since I am getting 1 remote that would operate multiple blinds I'm just wondering how that would impact the ISY. Thanks..

Thanks for that feedback.. I guess I'm just noticing the sale as I'm in the market. Guess that is like anything. For the price of 3 windows I can get with the Bali/Costco deal where my local store Blinds to Go is offering I can get 1. That is pretty significant. I'm just not familiar with either Smartthings or the Polisy yet. Maybe time to start looking at Polisy and understand it better.

Thank you.. I have not explored too much with Lutron shades but I'll look into them. Pricing is a little of a concern and why I was leaning toward the Bali offer since they are 15% off but if the cost is reasonable and a better option the cost is not the only deciding factor.

Ok.. hope all are doing great. I'm a bit overwhelmed and just when I think I found something and have a grasp it's like my paycheck and just falls through my fingers like it was never there. So I'm turning toward this awesome community before I am mind broke! So at the end of the day, I'm just looking for some reasonably priced blinds that would be nice to have automated/motorized with voice control through Alexa and possibly integrated into the ISY. If that is not the best way I'm not against having a separate system that only controls my blinds. Costco has an offer right now with Bali 15% off who has Z-Wave blinds which I'm considering. I am also looking at Blinds to Go (store near me) but they can't tell me anything about the protocol of their system if z-wave or what. Still waiting on a call and not looking promising. What I can see online is detail on a Eaze Motorized Hub. So just looking to have general thoughts about the Bali Z-Wave blinds and if that would be a good option to consider integrating into the ISY. Again.. I'm also ok to get the Atom thingy and work them separately if I have to. They want like $150 for that Atom device which is like $30. Anyway.. any thoughts about what you have or would do given what you know or experienced with motorized/automated blinds? Part of the confusion is I see references to Bali Autoview with the ISY but I'm not sure if that is older tech and or it is all summed into the current Z-Wave design. Thank you.. Any insight is helpful.. I spent a lot of time just getting to this point. Not sure if 15.1 is released to just certain iPhone models but mine is a 12 and so is my wife's (mini) but still on 14.xx. I am having her hold off going to 15.1 but odd thing is Locative was spotty there as well and that was with just put on as I was having issues with Mobilinc. Locative was a fresh install on both phones given Mobilinc issues. My thought was Locative resolved the issues thinking it was Mobilinc at first but it was short lived. So guess I just have to wait and see or downgrade iOS somehow and use Mobilinc but I'll likely wait and see if things get better in the next iOS update. I am using "Occupancy" through the ISY Portal. I have not wandered into the Poly Cloud world yet. I'm still very green on that.

I really don't know how to do down in iOS versions.. right now I'm on 15.1 and is is spotty at best. If I have the app open for example Mobilinc open the triggers seem to work but if it has been not opened it defiantly is not working in 15.1 for me and my wife's is on 14.xx and spotty as well. Today it did work when she left home but not yesterday. I think it has something to do with data in the background although I have ensured both Mobilinc and Locative are enabled. It seems to get sleepy for lack of better words.

@MrBill I think you are right. I just got this response from Mobilinc:

Yes please .. At least her Mobilinc was still working on 14.XX .. With Locative it did not work today when she left so I think something with Locative is still not perfect even on earlier versions. I can try reinstalling but knowing what is happening on 15.1 I'm thinking just to let hers go back to Mobilinc for now. I had hopes for Locative as Mobilinc has not been updated in years and figure it was just a matter of time. Fingers crossed :).

I too have been plagued with the Geofence breaking in IOS 15 starting with Mobilinc so I switched my phone to Locative and it seemed to work initially so I set up my wife's phone which she is still on 14.XX IOS and it worked initially as well. Today the first test for both phones on a Monday leaving the home failed on both not updating proper status & running my programs. Not sure if the best thing is to wait for IOS to get fixed or try to work with the devs. I sent a message to Mobilinc support and so far no response. Have already spent so much time just to figure out what was broken (geofence) so getting exhausting but it would be nice to keep my system running where I use it.

Thank you.. I ended up opening a ticked with UDI.. for the moment I am still on 5.0.16c and added a z-wave repeater. I have things working about 80% of the time but still get intermittent issues. I guess it is as good as it will get for now. I may eventually move forward with the latest at some point and if I have issues will give these suggestions a go. The problem is my ISY is already in the same room in line of sight so if things are that sensitive it will never be 100%.
