Devices don't respond when accessing remotely

Have been trying to set up my network for almost a year and it is still not complete. I have everything set up and responding nicely while accessing it via my local network. When I go to another location, I am able to log on to the admin console remotely and navigate around, but none of the devices will respond to on/off commands and the status usually doesn't update either. Before logging off from the local network the other day, I tried creating a program to turn the outside lights on and off at a certain time. It doesn't appear that it actually works...the ISY says that the program ran fine, but the lights actually did not come on.

 

I cant figure out what is going on with the remote access?? I have set-up port forwarding, have the latest JAVA installed, tried turning off the AV and firewalls, I have tried everything. This is also my second PLM. Any thoughts?

 

By the way, everything was bought last year and I am using an ISY 994i. The defective PLM was replaced in the last month or so.

You seem to have so very many problems that I think you'd be wasting your valuable time if you do not submit a ticket. What I recommend is submit a ticket (link below) and list a few time slots most convenient for you between 9:30 AM till 4:00 PM Pacific Time + your contact information.
