Hi,

 

Sometimes I'll be logged into the admin console and there are two useful green buttons on the upper toolbar that are used to 'write updates to devices' and 'write updates to battery powered devices' (or something like that - I can't tell right now b/c they're currently absent!). However, other times - like today, I log in and those two buttons are completely hidden. Is this indicative of some kind of error in the operation or my use of the ISY-994?

 

We've tried to reboot the ISY and it does not seem to help. Other anomalous behavior is that I'll log into the admin console once and then about 10 seconds later, the log-in dialogue pops up again and I have to log in a 2nd time.

 

Any ideas?

I think the two are related. For those buttons to show, Admin Console must be subscribed to ISY and it seems that you have problems with that.

 

Do you have a firewall software on your computer? If so, you must put ISY's IP address in the exclusion list in your firewall.
