eyeandy Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Using iRule, I am able to parse the temperature data from the rest/status feedback. However there is no humidity feedback. I did however notice that humidity feedback is available using the rest/nodes/ command, but because I have multiple thermostats, need to use the status command. This is what I get in the status feedback: and this is what I with the rest/nodes/ command where the humidity is 41.00% xx xx xx xx Temp.Humidity- Avery Rm 57363 5.10.13.0 true 0 0 0 xx xx xx xx E03 Is it possible to have the humidity readings displayed on the rest/status feedback?
Michel Kohanim Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 Hi eyeandy, Yes, certainly but not all thermostats support humidity and that's why it was left out of the common feedback. With kind regards, Michel
eyeandy Posted May 17, 2014 Author Posted May 17, 2014 Is it too much trouble to include the line: into the common feedback and have all the data be empty if it is not supported? I don't know if it's too much trouble but it's quite disappointing since the largest reason I bought these thermostats was to get the humidity readings into iRule.
Michel Kohanim Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Hi eyeandy, Consider it done. Should be available in 4.2.3. With kind regards, Michel
