Moved to new house; ISY994 cannot locate PLM

Trying to get my ISY994 and related Insteon gear up and running at the new house.  Connected everything as I remembered at the old house.  ISY994 is recognized on LAN connected via RJ45 to router.  Plugged Insteaon 2413S PLM into wall outlet and connected standard RJ45 cable to Port A on ISY994.

 

I can use ISY994 Admin program, but PLM cannot be located.  I have only tried plugging the PLM into one outlet, near yo where the cable modem / wifi router is located.

 

Any thoughts ladies and gentlemen?

If ISY is in safe mode, then in all likelihood the PLM is dead. Is the light on the PLM lit?

Or, the ISY was booted a while before the PLM was connected - based on the first post, I bet this is the case.  With the PLM connected to Port A and powered, power cycle the just the ISY and try again.
