I was trying to do some trending of various things and I saw that data from the weather module was not available on the ISY log, is there a way to get logged data from the weather module ?

Unfortunately not natively. If you have the Network Module, you can use the dynamic/custom file content (http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:Networking#Dynamic.2FCustom_Page_Creation) and have a program that logs those values (substitution variables) at your predefined intervals.

I have no Weather Module for ISY but can the values not be stuffed into variables? Maybe in V5?

 

Is so then the variable values can be logged using io_guy's  ISYLink to poll them and log them in a format loadable into Excel.
