Mapping the zwave network

When I open the event viewer to display the event log and then Right-click / zwave / Show information in event viewer / Network details, I used to get a report of what devices this selected device can see...

I say 'used to' - because it's not working now....

Whatever device I select - I get an error popup:

..and the event log logs:

Sat 01/23/2016 21:23:47 : [ZW-SHOW ] Installed Z-Wave firmware does not support displaying neighbor information

My zwave firmware is (I believe) the latest current:

My ISY is at 4.4.2:

Anyone else seeing this? Is it unique to my install or a bug in 4.4.2?

Hello MWareman,

That's quite odd. I am sending this to Chris for more information.

With kind regards,

Michel

Sounds good. Thanks!

Following up.  Thanks again to Michel (and Chris)!

According to Chris:

‘Installed Z-Wave firmware does not support displaying neighbor information’ message only appears if one of the command classes we need is not supported in the Z-Wave firmware loaded on the dongle.  We query the dongle at startup for the set of command classes it supports, so I suppose it’s possible that query is failing and thus, we (ISY) think it doesn’t support the command class but actually does.

I had performed a soft reboot - but that hadn't solved it.  A hard reboot later (power off and back on) solved the issue though. Just in case anyone else sees this.

Michael.
