Mine gives a window similar to ISY information with my name and email used for the account Since I have the deluxe version, I also get unicorns and ponies Quote

stusviews Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 I get that same scene/screen that's found in Canada--no words Quote
paulbates Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 What I get looks like this. Its centered in the browser window which is the portal blue color A number of the fields are blanks, and I also covered up that area to hide details. Its pretty much the same info you can get from the the ISY Portal Information drop down selection. Quote

I thought after reading your reply it was because I didn't fill in the other details in the portal. So I went in there and placed random information and waited to see if the controller would reflect the same. Sadly, that obviously wasn't the details that populates that field . . . Michel Kohanim Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Hi Guys, Thanks so very much for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into this. Basically, this is the information that you enter during account setup. I am not sure why it's blank though! With kind regards, Michel Quote

Michel Kohanim Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 Hi Keith, Does the URL end with ?id=some_number? Teken, The purpose is this: the portal allows different accounts access to ISY (after you approve it locally on the Admin Console). For instance, for tech support, I can add an ISY to UDI account. The customer, then, can click on More Info to see what this account is and any contact information before accepting/approving the connection. This is mostly used for utilities so that the customer knows where the request is coming from. Of course, utilities do not get full access. Only error log and system log and a few other utility related functions. In short, if you ever go to the Portal tab and see an account is waiting for Approval, DO NOT approve unless you know who the originator is. With kind regards, Michel Quote

paulbates Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 I'm using W10: IE, Edge and Firefox all return the Account window with correct info, except Address and Website fields are blank. FYI only, I'm ok with it as is Paul Quote

Michel Kohanim Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Hi Keith/Teken, When you login to the Portal, are all those information filled out? i.e. when you setup your account, did you put long description, contact information, etc. ? With kind regards, Michel Quote
stusviews Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 I filled in Short Name, Description, Contact name and Contact email. I did not fill in Address, Web Site nor Contact phone. I still get the blank blue screen. Quote
Teken Posted February 1, 2016 Author Posted February 1, 2016 As indicated above I too filled in all related fields and waited about 30 minutes in case there was some kind of replication process needed. Sadly, nothing happen. The blank screen isn't a huge issue I simply wanted to call out this problem in hopes of avoiding support calls. In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. Quote
