Possible to control individual LEDs for switches?

On dimmers (and on/off switches too), there is a strip of LEDs along the left side of the switch. Is it possible to control which LED lights up, independently of the actual on value? 

 

(Background: I would like the LEDs on my bathroom fan switches to indicate the time remaining before auto shutoff.)

No they indicate the light level on the Output.

Side note. The relay On/Off modules only have the top On LED and the Bottom Off LED. The remaining LED positions are not populated.
