Having trouble with triggering program (MobiLinc)

Hi,

I'm having trouble running programs through Echo.

I don't see where I can name the "Spokens" of programs on ISY's UI, so I assume it'll just be the name?

When I tried asking "Alexa, ask MobiLinc to turn on [program name]" Alexa always says she can't find the program.

What am I doing wrong?

Below is the program I've been testing.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
