Having trouble with triggering program (MobiLinc)

Hi,

I'm having trouble running programs through Echo.

I don't see where I can name the "Spokens" of programs on ISY's UI, so I assume it'll just be the name?

When I tried asking "Alexa, ask MobiLinc to turn on [program name]" Alexa always says she can't find the program.

What am I doing wrong?

In ISY Portal, click on ISY, and then click on Programs next to the Add button and then you can assign a spoken name for your programs.
