!!NEW!! I HAVE IT WORKING!! YAY!!?
I FINALLY moved control of my blinds from individual remotes, onto my ISY.
(My blinds are Bali/Springs with Somfy Zwave motors)
I did a video showing the current status... SHOWS IT WORKING, AND THE ISSUES...
  BELOW IS THE YOUTUBE LINK:

So, right now, i can:
-Control them exactly to the percent 0(ground/down)-100(sky/up) using voice with GoogleHomeMini
-Control them exactly to the percent 0(ground/down)-100(sky/up) using Android Mobilinc
-Control them exactly to the percent 0(ground/down)-100(sky/up) using voice with ISY Console
-Control them a WEE bit using a program (but need to figure out how to get better control)
Also, on the bad:
-I no longer can use my old 4 tiny up/down and group controllers... looks like UDI needs to fix this
(Allow programs to work independently on blind motors, and/or support for buttons in ISY)|
-The programming doesn't seem to allow proper and fine control like the other methods above do
(Seems like only all open or all closed, but I'm sure Michel can fix easily, since functionality exists already)
@Michel Kohanim i hope you can see this, and gives some updates for fixes... GREAT SO FAR!!!

Are you using 5.0.12 ?  At my Son's when upgrading from 4.6.2 to 5.0.12 we lost control in Mobilinc.....

Something COOL!

I figured out the magic words to say to make ALL blinds set to xx percent:

OK GOOGLE set EVERY blind to XX percent
(Where 0=GroundZERO, and 100% is WIDE OPEN)

I tried a hundred other things, and it would only pick ONE blind.

So, if you're hunting for this... maybe it will work for you too!

Sure makes it more impressive and easier to do ALL blinds together!

HAPPY!

Wow! Certainly a list of key words for Alexa and GH would be a huge help to anybody trying to make sense of any of this. The usual, "just hack around until you figure it out", gets tiring.

I have given up on my 3 GH minis for HA because of this nonsense operating random devices or not operating at all.

"EVERY". Good catch Fred!

I wish i had the magic bullet for you...  i have things fairly predictable... i made a 'command card' that i put in a few places so people can turn things on/off up/down, etc.
I named my lights ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE, DELTA, ETC, so i can turn each of them on/off... that hasn't quit yet, so i hope it's unique enough that Google buggers off, and doesn't throw a crowbar into the gears, like it has a FEW TIMES, even after working fine for a week!  HERE'S HOPING!!!... Let me know Larry if there's anything i can test for you... i only have ONE GH (I wonder if multiples are somehow messing things up for you too??)... my phones run Google Home, and they just pass commands to my single GH.  I don't DARE add any more to the mix.

Hi johnstonf,

I'm not sure if this has been answered yet, but you can specify the percentage for the 'On' command in programs.  At 3:44 in your video, when you select the 'On' command, all you have to do is press the little button below it to show the optional parameter (which is the percentage).  If you click it multiple times, it will show you the various ways of specifying the parameter (either with a constant value, or an ISY variable).

OK, Chris, you made my day!

So, you guys should get their small and group controllers working, then get a hold of Somfy/Bali/Springs and let them know that the ISY-994i/IR (and all other ZW controllers) support their Somfy blinds.

They didn't have it on their "supported" list, but it should, if you can just get those supported!
(then maybe people will buy ISY just for Zwave and blind control)

This works GREAT!...

I made a program that set them to 60%, waited 15sec, set them to 80%, waited 15sec, then raised to 100%.

It's a bit hidden, in that the option looks to be GREYED/UNAVAILABLE, when, in effect, it really IS available!

Fred

I'll try to update my video and re-post it!

ok, i did an update of the video, now showing fine control using an ISY PROGRAM!!
(So now works via ISYprogram, Mobilinc(Android), and GoogleHomeMini!
Don't forget also "OK google set EVERY blind to 77%" (to set ALL blinds at once)

Here's an updated video, showing ALSO control using an ISY PROGRAM... Thanks Chris Jahn for letting me know!...)

You can get your original Bali/Somfy remotes to work by following the Bali Blinds instructions here: https://www.baliblinds.com/globalassets/3.-documents/installation-instructions/bali-sheer-layered-shades-owners-manual-autoview.pdf .

The trick is you need to unprogram your remote and blind, bind the remote and blind to the ISY, then rebind the remote and blind to each other.  Pretty cool.

I have both my Alexa and the Bali remote controlling my blinds.

I am using ISY 994IRpro-ZW with firmware 4.6.2.

Just got my Somfy remotes to work by excluding/resetting everything.  Paired the blinds with ISY and then paired blinds with the remote as stated above.
