I am trying to do a backup of the ISY but about 81% through the process I get a "Could Not Retrieve File /CONF/38828f.REC" error. and then another error after that of "Cloud Not Create the Zip File". Here is a screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/oM0CKJbrTC 

 

Any suggestions on what is causing this?

You can reduce the incident of this happening by disabling all active programs and network resources and any inbound REST calls.

You have a few choices from reloading firmware in case the system is corrupted. To hard resetting the controller and then performing a restore.

It's possible, that's why I offered the other two choices . . .

I ended up deleting the device that the REC file was associated with. Then re-added the device. That seemed to do the trick for now.
