Failed to add device, reason 1

Hi Everyone,

I can't seem to add anymore Insteon devices.

 

Sun 06/18/2017 10:46:48 PM : [41 D7 44    ] Added to list of devices to link to ISY

 

Sun 06/18/2017 10:46:50 PM : [41 D7 44 0  ] Using Database Link Table offset 0x0FF8 (reported 0x0FF8)

 

Sun 06/18/2017 10:46:50 PM : [41 D7 44 0  ] Failed to add device, reason 1

 

It would be nice if I could find help on what "reason 1" is, but I can't.

 

Anyone here know what "reason 1" is?
