I can't log in on the new ISY link. It shows the ISY but when I go to open the dashboard, all I get is a spinning icon. Any ideas?

What revision firmware is in on your ISY994i?

4.6.2. I did a hard reset on the PLM and was able to access the ISY. I'm in the process of finishing a total home remodel and need to add additional Insteon devices.

For 4.6.2 firmware and below, as well as 5.0.12 firmware and below, you will get the original ISY Finder when you launch.
