apostolakisl
After installing the time/date node, I discovered an incorrect time zone. After hunting around for a config page and not finding one, I went to the wiki. The wiki tells me that I should have had 3 items under the menu "settings". I only had 2. "polisy configuration" was missing. I noticed I was a few versions behind in my polyglot, so I hit to have it update. That didn't do anything. No errors or whatever, just did nothing. I have now ssh'd into and manually set the update in motion. Edit: After the ssh upgrade command finished its thing. I went back to polyglot. nothing was changed. I hit "upgrade" to go from 2.2.6 to 2.2.9 and now it says "upgrading". And nothing has happened in 10 minutes or so. There is a "0%" to the left of upgrading message. I have tried restarting polyglot multiples times and that doesn't do anything. Still says "upgrading". Perhaps I need to power cycle polisy? You'll notice it says it has been up for more than an hour and a half, but I just restarted it 5 minutes ago! EDIT 2: Power cycled it. Now it says I am on 2.2.9-5. I have "polisy configuration" on my menu now . . yeah!. But when I click on it, it says "please wait, getting configuration". It has been like that for 5 minutes. I have refreshed the page and go to other menus and back, and still, please wait. EDIT 3: I see I can now restart polisy from the polyglot menu. Except I can't. I click to restart, but when the waiting messages closes and I log back in, the uptime is not started back at 0. Still says "getting configuration" when I click on that. asbril
Yes 2.2.9-5 is the same that I have. It most likely will not make a difference with this issue, but why not upgrade your ISY to 5.0.16C ?

larryllix
none of the bug fixes listed have anything to do with anything I have. Power cycled polisy again. Still won't show me the configuration. Both of these firmwares are being developed together. It may help to jog ISY setup either way. I had very similar problems with polyglot. I had installed some options in the .env file that cause problems and AFAIC do not behave as described in the polyglot git-hub. The trouble is if you installed any options you have set them to the original manually. Deleting them or commenting them put in the .env file will not reverse your changes. Michel remoted into my laptop and stopped and restarted udx, polyglot, and mongol, and away it went after removing all the non https mods. They don't work properly. SSL must be enabled in the ISY polyglot node setup. My problems started in the v2.2.5 upgrade and continued through all upgrades. Michel Kohanim
@apostolakisl, Boy, that's a first! Please do: sudo pkg install udx sudo service udx start (this may reboot your polisy) With kind regards, Michel

I click to confirm, and the page reloads and it still says LA. EDIT: OK, after a reboot of polisy, now it lets me change time zone.
Michel Kohanim
@apostolakisl, Patience my friend! Udx downloads all the necessary packages and updates all in two cases a) after reboot and b) one click on the button on the front. There will be cases that udx will reboot Polisy based on the packages installed. With kind regards, Michel

It did not reboot after installing/starting the package. Anyway, it works now. In addition, the command to reboot polisy from polyglot now works as well. If it is going to happen at all,I kind of expect a reboot to happen at the conclusion of the install. Not accustomed to waiting for hours or days. As it is, there was probably a 10 minute delay between the install and when I decided to hit the reboot button.
