I have 2, 8 button keypadlincs, and they only show up as non supported devices in my ISY-99. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it is?

What is your ISY doing or saying when you input the address of the keypadlincs?

So what is the solution?

And the answer I found is: remove the existing device, add it back manually using the "new INSTEON device" menu option, put the address in xx.xx.xx and select the device type from the drop down menu.
