marc0612 Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 While I was trying to figure out how to set up UD Mobile I must have ticked the wrong button somewhere. In the isy portal I tick on Polisy -Select Tool and any of the choices after that I get the message "ISY is not online". Also the button to the left of the alias "polisy" is blank. Whe I hover my cursor over the same button I get the message "ISY never connected" I have tried "manage modules" in the Admin Console it states "your modules are up to date!". Also in configuration-portals there isn't a message to "accept". Any help would will be greatly appreciative. Thanks Marc
MrBill Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 If you have a Configuration > Portals tab and don't have a message to accept, then double check the UUID from Help > About to the UUID that's entered in the Portal. Also try restarting your admin console and checking again on the portal tab. Assuming the UUID is correct, the next step would be open a ticket with support@universal-devices.com -> Include that all import UUID number so they are see why it's not matching up.

If what @MrBill has above doesn't work out perhaps @Javi or @Michel Kohanim can chime in to get you looking in the right direction. Should look something like this:
Javi Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 Do you have both ISY and Polisy or only Polisy? We have had support requests where the UUID for one was being used for Poral and the user was accessing the other for the Admin Console Module installation. The Portal Module will not install until the ISY/Polisy is licensed, so please check this from my.isy.io. First verify UUID is correct, is there an error icon next to the UUID? If there is click the error icon for more information. If this is a new system and a subscription was included with the terms of purchase please open a ticket so we can add the license to your account as it is not automatically added. If a subscription was not included with your purchase a Free trial is available. Free trial is only available if a portal license or trial license has not been issued to the hardware UUID in the past.
