I am attempting to use the US Mobile App on my Pixel 3XL phone. I installed the app several months ago and everything worked okay with my ISY944i (Firmware Ver. 5.3) and ISY Portal Account (which is current and which I can access online through laptop Chrome browser– also Google Home can link to the ISY Portal Account and all works fine). I haven’t had occasion to use the UD mobile app in the several months since it was installed, although I did just update it to V 0.133 – the latest version in Google Play Store.

 

Now, however, when I try to use the app, I get the message that the system is not linked to an ISY Portal Account. So when I try to add my account, logging in with my portal account credentials, I get the message “org.json.JSONException: No value for _id” The only thing that I can think of that would have changed since when it all worked is that that Android OS has updated to V.12 (and, of course, the update to the latest available version of the UD app)

 

I didn’t see anything in the forum or wiki which seems to address the issue. Any ideas about what I can do?
