Posted January 27, 201015 yr I have a MS turn on "garage lite" and sometimes the light does not come on and isy says "cannot communicate with 'garage lite' ". I made a test program that turns on then off the "garage lite" 20 items with 1 sec wait in between with no problems, so I assume the issue is that that MS communication link is the issue. However, the AP is only about 15ft away form the MS. Any thoughts? (yes it has new battery)
January 28, 201015 yr I would be tempted to run a scene test on any scene you have that includes the garage lite. This might give you a better sense of communication status between ISY and the light. Is it possible that you are getting signal collisions, with the motion sensor transmitting at the same time that your ISY is trying to turn on the light?
January 28, 201015 yr Hi jkraus, I am with oberkc here ... the first thing I would do is to make sure your scenes work. Secondly, I would look for all programs that do something to garage lights. With kind regards, Michel
