While it can't be wall mounted as is there was a thread not to long ago talking about a 3D printed mounting bracket...see here...

Based on the reply above from @Michel Kohanim it looks like the Polisy and ISY994 can use similar power supplies. There has been a lot of other posts about the specifics of the ISY994 power supply.

From the wiki there is this about the power supply:

You can try any power supply that outputs anywhere between 5 volt and 30 volts, center positive, 2mm barrel connector

I wondered yesterday when I read this thread if the wiki should be updated?  While the ISY994 accepts a wide variety of voltages, is that also true of Polisy?

@Michel Kohanim I would like to know the answer as well.  I might be having a power supply issue and I wonder if I can just try the ISY power supply I already have.  It is only 5 volts and 0.5 amps but the Polisy has a 12V one with 2.0 amps.

@Michel KohanimISY does not require 12V.  I ran it on that 5V for years.  I thought it was the original but maybe it was not but it's definitely 5V only and it ran the ISY.

@btreinders,

No, polisy require 12V. So does eisy.

With kind regards,
Michel

@Michel KohanimSorry, I guess I don't understand "So does eisy" then.

Wow, not happy I just bought the Polisy late last year if it's already obsolete then.

I just bought one two months ago, still in the box. It was meant to be a spare for my current operational Polisy.
