Chris McKean Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 On the screen When I click on Download, nothing happens. Does the backup default to a specific folder in Windows? I would expect it to ask me where I want the download to be placed.
vbPhil Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 I'm using Microsoft Edge browser and I get a popup when doing the Backup which then allows me to set the name and location for the zip file.

Any punctuation or characters that might make a file name invalid? Something seems to be triggering the backup to fail because of an invalid character. I wonder if might be in the Polisy name since it doesn't seem to even get to the node server level to backup. Illusion Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 I am unable to download a backup of my PG3. Settings>Polyglot Settings. There is the button there, and it darkens when my cursor goes over it, popup help appears on hover, ring highlights around it when clicked, but nothing happens. Attempted on multiple browsers.
