Migrate to Polisy path for z-wave 300/500?

I have 4 installations I am planning on upgrading to Zwave/Matter Polisy from 994

3 have 500 series Zwave. 1 still has 300 series. Can I migrate 1, clear the 500 board, migrate last to 500 series, then Migrate to Polisy ?

@bgrubb1, yes, you can migrate 300 to 500 on 994, back it up, and then 500 to ZMatter.
