pjjameso Posted December 24, 2022 Posted December 24, 2022 I have initiated the upgrade packages, AC shuts down, Polisy left light remains on, Isy still controlling everything. Pulled power after about 15 min, Polisy boots up, one beep, left light on and all devices controllable yet still on 5.4.5. Thoughts on how to upgrade?
Solution Geddy Posted December 24, 2022 Solution Posted December 24, 2022 I experienced a similar situation trying to update the Polisy. Take a look at this solution posted by @Michel Kohanim to help. Step #2 helped resolve my issue.

The "pkg" updater that should have been included to update at the beginning of the script was forgotten. I guess they haven't fixed the script yet. Run the updater and update pkg first then try your updater click option in admin console again Edited December 24, 2022 by larryllix

Do you know your polisy's IP and port address?
pjjameso Posted December 24, 2022 Author Posted December 24, 2022 (edited) Havent done it with ISY/Polisy but have used Putty previously. I have both the ip and port for the Polisy. When i open Putty and start session with 192.168.4.6 and 8080 i just have a green mark without any other characters....followed by 'remote side unexpectedly closed network connection' Next step?
