Portal issue? Starting Subscription

Noticed today issue that I cannot seem to connect to portal on both UD Mobile and AC via portal account. Stuck on Initializing, Starting Subscription.

I have restarted my Polisy, and then restarted IoX afterwards again which did not resolve. Portal shows it connected however.

Similar issue for me tonight.  Cannot connect from Mobillinc through the portal

Same here. I can connect MobiLinc  locally but not through the ISY portal.

Thanks.  I'm not seeing issues with my system. Does anyone still have the issue, if so what is your firmware version?

Yes, it's still happening on my remote Polisy, which I believe is on v5.4. I haven't been there in awhile to upgrade.

If you need anything, I will be available in about a hour.
