My error log is stacking up with what appears to be the same error. Anybody have any idea what this would be.

I believe 170001 is an informational code, not a specific error code and UD has indicated to ignore it.

@deps looks like something/someone is trying to log into the IoX and failing.

Error 10103 is authentication error. do you have an external device or app trying to log in that might be using an old password?

See the wiki: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages

10108 isn’t listed, but given the others before it are authentication issues it could be related. If you can’t figure out what’s trying to log in you might want to open a support ticket to see if they can help somehow.

I had the same issue.  I found that it relates to the PG3 trying to log into the EISY (I currently have no nodesevers).  I was able to stop that informational "error" by going to "Node Servers" - "Launch Polyglot V3 (PG3)" and the logging in.  Once I did that apparently it now has my id/pw and the "error" goes away.   I had a ticket open that covered that issue and when I told Michel what I found, his reply was:

"...It makes sense  and 100% normal. The reason is that, to make commissioning easier, pg3 authenticates against IoX. This way, you only need one username/pwd. Soon, this will be completely removed as we move communications to mqtt."

Thanks for the replies although I still have the issue. I went into the portal then "select tool" then "connectivity" to "node servers" and can't seem to bring up PG3 from there. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Are you trying to log in to PG3? If you are on eisy, try https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:3000, where x's = your eisy IP address.

If you are on Polisy, no port number is required. Something else?

I don't think that portal functionality has been yet enabled.  I can't seem to find the reference this morning but somewhere in the past few months I've seen seen discussion that work is being done to make node server accessible through the portal, but that hasn't actually happened yet.   Lack of the ability to access node servers through portal, even just to restart them, has been a missing feature since Polisy was invented.  I think we are close to resolution on the that issue, but we aren't there yet.
