Tried to update Polisy Pro - bricked?

I was adding an Insteon device to my network and the mobile app wouldn't find it.  I've tried to update the Polisy via the same app for a while and it never took.  IoxX couldn't find it.  I ended up using the portal to log in but couldn't make any changes.  While looking through the menus I found an updater.  Everything seemed to be going well until an hour passed and I still just had the first light solid and the third light blinking and an offline system.  3.5 hours later, I had the same condition so I pulled the plug to see if that would reset things.  Just have the first light lit.  Still offline.

If your polisy BIOS is too old things may not update and brick the polisy. @Michel Kohanim gave me a link to a USB/micro -IDE programmer on amazon. I removed the SSD inside the polisy and ran the programmer with image he supplied and my polisy came right up.

Then I updated to the latest version and I was back in business.

IIRC the USB/microIDE programmer adapter was about $11 CAD.

Contact UDI support, and open a ticket. They will help you through it pronto.

Thanks.  I opened a ticket.  Hopefully it's a pretty simple fix.  I'm out of town frequently, so I don't have a lot of time to spend playing with the Polisy.
