I3 Switch Setting - Relay at Full On?

Can someone provide details on what the eisy setting "Relay at Full On" does for an I3 switch?  I can probably make an educated guess, but I don't recall seeing anything official that explains this setting.

    I have a number of i3 paddles. I can't find that setting. I looked at the main device, the flags and also under options for programs

    • What specific i3 switch is this, maybe the i3 keypad?
    • Can you provide a screen shot of where you're seeing this?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
