aplusdj1 Posted Thursday at 10:45 PM Posted Thursday at 10:45 PM The ISY portal shows offline again. No Alexa connectivity. Quote
CJVann Posted Thursday at 11:29 PM Posted Thursday at 11:29 PM Ditto - Alexa and UD mobile functionality has gone up and down today but now UD mobile now says it’s offline vs simply unresponsive earlier. Likely due to the global cloud server outage. Watch out for those driverless vehicles! Quote
larryllix Posted Friday at 12:05 AM Posted Friday at 12:05 AM @bmercier My polISY cannot be found by Alexa. I have disabled and renabled the accounts successfully as well as using "discover" in Alexa and it find no new devices. However all devices are shown with flags as disconnected now. Quote

If your unit was offline, that's what you would see. Quote

ISY Portal showed my ISY as offline but any locale ISY operations, including NR worked 100%. Alexa app showed ISY Skill accounts connected but every device was shown disconnected. It all fixed itself later without any further action from me. Amazon just didn't like us? Quote

If it's not connected to portal, it's "offline", and therefore Alexa integration will not work. 1 Quote

dbwarner5 Posted Friday at 04:10 PM Posted Friday at 04:10 PM When mine went down last night around 630 pm eastern time, I eventually had to reboot my router to get it back online at about 830pm as it didnt reconnect naturally. After reboot it was connected as usual. No Alexa and on the portal showed offline as well las in UDM. Quote

I recently changed my router ISP / factory set IP address lease time, from 3 days down to 12 hours. Perhaps that resolved mine earlier, on it's own. 1 Quote

drprm1 Posted yesterday at 06:46 PM Posted yesterday at 06:46 PM Rebooted and back on. Does “my.isy.io” just show if it is connected to my Eisy? UD mobile notified me that was offline so I assumed that meant the portal was down (like it has been recently). Where exactly would I see that the portal is down as opposed to lost connection? (If there is a way) Quote

(If there is a way) When you log into my.isy.io there should be a green dot/circle next to the device. Just hover over that and it will show when it connected. If it isn’t green then it means disconnected and hovering over it will show when it disconnected. Disconnections don’t always indicate portal issues. It could be ISP/local network issues. If you get login errors when trying to log into my.isy.io might indicate a portal issue. 1 Quote
