Sunday at 08:07 PM3 days Author I have this when I follow the eisy-ui link. I'm not sure how to add my eisycompletely unrelated, I get this when I double click on the image to make it smallerall tabs are blank
Sunday at 08:18 PM3 days Hmm, are you able to get to the IoX login screen the old way with the IoX finder?
Sunday at 08:48 PM3 days Author Yes, that's what I've been using. The new way hasn't worked for me yet. (Not a comment on the product, I just don't understand what I'm doing clearly)
Sunday at 08:59 PM3 days What happens if you try logging into PG3 the old way, through the IoX menus? And logging into the portal via the link on thw UDI web site?
Sunday at 09:16 PM3 days Author To make sure I'm doing it right, I went to Plugins/Launch PG3 in the old IoX Launcher The pic is what I got after being warned the site may be dangerous.I'm not sure what the link is on the UDI site but I just use my.isy.io and that works fine

Are the plugins themselves working? You could try rebooting your controller and see if that changes anything.
Monday at 12:12 AM3 days Author To be fair I don't know if I have any plugins. When would I have installed them and for what devices?
Monday at 12:27 AM3 days Well I'm only trying to get you to compare how things work now vs before the upgrade. Plugins are extensions that you install to add new functionality for things like Hue l8ghts, Elk alarm systems, etc. Sounds like you haven't installed any yet. So maybe you have an issue that was there before the update. You might need to open a ticket to figure out what's up with your controller.
Monday at 06:58 PM2 days Author I'll open a ticket and see what Michel says about that error message.Thank you
