Does anyone know any thing about the following:

Updated method of setting up Alexa to interface Insteon devices or ESY Portal?

I thought I heard a long time ago that Alexa could respond to Alexia commands. Is this still true? If not, is there a fix in the works?

Another information would be appreciated. Also, if none of the postings on how to set up Alexa are no longer valid, would someone please flag them as no longer valid so new users like me don't spend hours screwing with figuring out something that is dead in the water.

It does, setting it up now. U have to log in to portal and add echo. Then go to alexa app and add isy skill.

If something isn't working then be sure the device is NOT running Alexa+. That's seeming been breaking a lot of home automation stuff. My guess is the Studio device is a new device that probably has Alexa+ by default.
