December 17Dec 17 Just an advisory about an annoying UI update experience:After a reboot that upgraded IoX to 6.0.3_3, I noticed other packages that needed updating, including eisy-ui from 0.7.2 to 0.8.5. A couple observations:The other updates finished quickly, eisy-ui update took much longer. Eventually the UI said it required a reboot, but the System menu item was unavailable (it said "API not available" when I tried to select it). I had to reboot eisy from the mobile app because the web browser wouldn't display the Reboot ISY button. With the new version, when I first logged in on both Chrome and Firefox, the home screen was black--no menu items, just a black screen and my mouse pointer. It required a refresh to see the contents of the home screen. I thought it was a one-time issue, but it still happens when I haven't logged in to eisy for a few hours.
December 17Dec 17 After the update packages did you clear your java cache and download the IoX Launcher
December 17Dec 17 It would really help if UDI came up with a way of indicating the progress of an update. The uncertainty and varying update speed isn't very helpful at seeing if things are proceeding properly.
December 17Dec 17 Author Unfortunately experiences like this have relegated my eisy to Insteon and occasional ZWave debugging duty. Everything else has moved to Home Assistant. With all due respect to the excellent support of UD and this forum, with UD there always seems to be something or some series of things I was supposed to do before or after an update besides just clicking Update, usually something I find out after it goes sideways. Although in this case I couldn't have avoided the API error, and error messages during updates are all too common. Edited December 17Dec 17 by landolfi

I reported them this morning and was told they are looking in to #1 and #2 is a known issue.

So it looks like the eisy-ui server got updated, and the UI was out of sync. A refresh of the page would have fixed it.The black screen issue following login will be fixed in the next release.
5 hours ago5 hr I just updated to IoX 6.0.4 and I did get the blank page in eisy-ui. Now I'm getting some things displaying but with errors. For example the Nodes page shows the nodes for about 2 seconds, then goes blank and shows an error 404. It displays the program list ok but if I click on any program, I get "error loading profiles" where the program listing should be. The System -> Upgrade page is showing all the latest versions ok.
