Tuesday at 09:55 PM1 day Told my Eisy to upgrade but now I can't connect to it. UD Mobile is saying it is offline. I tried unplugging power and plugging back in to reboot but no luck. What else can I do? Thanks
Tuesday at 10:19 PM1 day Author Yeah IoX launcher says not found so can't get to the admin console. I unplugged it and let it sit for a while but no luck. I should have not tried to upgrade since it was working. Edited Tuesday at 10:19 PM1 day by GregE

17 hours ago17 hr After clearing your Cache, try to connect to it directly via http://<your eisy ip address>:8080/admin.jnlp This will download an AC shortcut called Admin.jnlp. Clicking on that should take you directly to a sign in screen versus the AC launcher. This will eliminate quite a few of the possible "in-between" issues. However, it sounds like your Eisy may be locked up .
