Yesterday at 01:05 AM1 day Hello,After MANY years of very reliable ISY994i operation, I've ordered the latest eisy. The 994i still works well, but I don't want to press my luck. I've seen the posts and documents about migrating from polisy to eisy by just doing a backup and restore, and wanted to confirm that pathway works for 9994i -> eisy also. I'm on what I believe is the latest / last firmware for the 994i - 5.3.4. One strange thing. When I do a backup from the admin console, it downloads a .zip file (which contains another .zip file) - but that file is empty. AFTER the download happens, I see a lot of console activity as if a backup was being created. But nothing downloads after that. Am I missing something? Thanks!

By the way, you do not unzip the backup file.

I know I don't unzip the backup file - I was just looking in it out of curiosity, and was surprised there were no visible files in the archive, and it was only 34kb.

They're the same as what you notice. They are ~76k, but could just be difference in items and programs. I have older ones (by a few months) that are ~48k. They're also as you see just zip file with a zip inside that appears empty. I haven't ever actually expanded the files, but just windows 11 file explorer viewing the files.Approximately how many devices do you have? Also, how many programs and Network Resources (if any)?Just be sure you follow the migration steps and you should be fine. 13 hours ago, PBatavia01 said:AFTER the download happens, I see a lot of console activity as if a backup was being created. How are you observing "a lot of console activity"?
