7 hours ago7 hr I've received the email saying the Admin Console is being shut down so I figured I'd start migrating as the email said.I Updated and when I went to back up I got these three errorsI see these files in my back up area but I'm unclear if they're corrupt or legitimateback ups IoX-Backup.v5.8.4__Mon 2024.10.14 02.01.52 PM and IoX-Backup.v6.0.3__Fri 2026.09.04 12.12.58 PM are 56bytesThe last back up in the list is zero bytesJust wondering how to proceedApologies.The GUI just opened a pop up saying to reboot now. Clearly I was impatient.If theres any other issues I'll continue this thread

6 hours ago6 hr Start up IoX finder again and this time, choose the load Admin Console from cloud option, this will update your local copy.
5 hours ago5 hr Author I'm at the Portal now and I'm about to click maintenance and Migrate to...It has Migrate from this ISY (a bunch of number and full colons)Migrate to this ISY has nothing in the drop down menu.Do I just copy and paste the same number?I'm not switching to another EISY

Search "Clear Java Cache" for your specific OS and there should be a page on java.com to tell you how do perform that. Make sure you check all three boxes in the process. (should look similar to this image)What are you migrating from?

I was responding to that. Get that done first.

I am now in the cloud version and clicked Upgrade Packages. I'm guessing that will update my LAN version?
