However within the scene of the controller, they are not. They appear to be in the order added.

Can this list also be alphabetical? I have many scenes with >20 nodes in them and the "random" sorting makes it more difficult to find the right one to adjust.

Nice use of Group and Scene!

Will keep in mind this implementation is on my todo for rebuild. Likely after nodes page rebuild as they use the same shape of data.
