Upgraded to 3.1.17 and texts no longer work

This is the same problem that I have seen others write about. Texts no longer work after the upgrade to 3.1.17 (Mail Server Failure). I cannot seem to find a solution in the forum.

Thanks. I've read it. The fixes seem to apply to email, not text. Also, there appear to be other problems associated with the installation of the new Beta.

Email and Text are handled identically in ISY. So, this release should fix the problems you are having with respect to notifications (unless you reach the limit of our mail server).

 

The other problem is quite minor and you can use our URLs instead of going directly to ISY. In any case, this should be fixed by Monday.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
