Hello, I had a 2476ST go bad and replaced it with a 2477S. When trying to add a new insteon device the ISY Admin Console says "Cannot determine Insteon engine" It is a larger system and was in a remote building so I un-installed it and wired it into the plug next to the PLM. Same result. So I tried another new 2477S I had, in both places, same result. So, just for fun I tried a third new switch, 2477S, I had, this time only hardwired next to the PLM, still same result.
