Quick question. Is the Yolink YS4004 Thermostat 2 compatible with the plugin?

I am running UDM 1.4.11 (260) and noticed that 1 of 2 Eisy sites lost all of the favorites. Tried to use backup but app froze. Had to delete app, then re-download, then could restore using backup. However, some favorites were not there, so I tired to add back. Attached is what happens when I try to add a door lock. After adding the node, "Display Status" appears, but when this required area is opened, there is nothing to select. End result is that I cannot add the door lock. Running iOS 26.2, IOX 6.0.4

I am considering the Yolink YS 5002 motorized water shutoff valve (or possibly model YS 5012-UC or YS 5018). Have you been able to add these to the Plugin yet with success?

Have been running Occupancy on eisy for some time. Use it to turn on lights, open garage doors, and has been quite stable. It seems that since the latest firmware upgrades, the 6 or 7 URL's I have in occupancy don't always update ISY and/or UD mobile, but triggering the URL directly from Locative works fine. I am on iPhone 16 with iOS 26.1 Any thoughts?

Trying to login to the new eisy-ui I enter https://eisy.local:443 and it brings up the standard login, asking for my portal email and password. After entering, I immediately get "Network Error" and no login. I can access eisy normally using AC. Any ideas?

I deleted the unmanaged Notification plugin and that solved the issue

That's odd. I now have 2 "notification" plugins. I assume I should delete the unmanaged one in slot 5.

Getting this error message on UDM (1.34) on iPhone iOS 26.1 after upgrading to IoX 6.0. Any thoughts?

Have 2 homes, each with Honeywell T9 thermostat and have been running Honeywell Home plugin without issues for some time. Just received "2025-08-19 00:07:11.645 Command udi_interface WARNING thermostat:query: Refreshing thermostat 5cfce1713876 returned invalid heat/cool setpoints. Retry request #1" on one home's plugin. Any suggestions?

That worked! Garage door now responds as before but in UDM, the plugin display shows a number for Open, opening, closed, closing instead of the word. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a plan. By factory reset, do you mean erase and re-install the ratgdo firmware?

Got my new EISY a few weeks ago. Everything transferred OK, but I noticed in UD mobile that the ratgdo door state for the plugin has a label of either "0" or "1" instead on"closed" or "open." B Mercier thought it might be a plugin issue. I have been using the ratgdo plugin flawlessly, on a Liftmaster 5.0, Security 2.0 commercial door opener, using the ESPHome firmware for "dry contact." In an effort to fix the UDM issue, I did an OTA firmware upgrade to the ratgdo, again using 2.53/security 2.o/dry contact firmware. Now, there is no response to the open/close command on the ratgdo, (when triggered from the device on chrome, UDM or the AC). Attached is screenshot of the ratgdo device information. The IP of the ratgdo is 10.0.0.21 and the EISY is 10.0.170

No, it does not have a value. it is a rated garage door opener. Interestingly, my other eisy (at another house) displays a value for a similar ratgdo node and I can customize it. Should I delete the node from eisy then add back?

Upgraded from polisy to eisy. Small issue with configuration custom icon colors in favorites. Tried synchronization but no effect.

Reboot Plugin or IoX?

Just finished upgrade from Polisy to Eisy. In the process, I had to re-install my plugins and I also upgraded the ESP Home firmware for my Ratgdo garage door openers. On the UDM side, I had to re-install my favorites and noticed that the garage door nodes not display the "open" of "closed" status, only integers ("0" for closed, "1" or "2 " for open), but the nodes open and close the garage doors normally. Not a big deal but not sure how to fix.

Just migrated from Polisy to Eisy. All went well, but Plugins dashboard shows all of my plugins are "unmanaged" and no response to "details" button. I have deleted the old polisy on portal, cleared java cache, re-booted but no effect.
