I have not added any electronics recently

Have been running IoX 5.5.9 on PG3 with Z matter just fine. I noticed that one wall light, controlled by an Insteon 2476D V 5.4, would no longer communicate with IoX. Did a factory reset of the switch, but it wouldn't add back to ISY saying it could not determine insteon engine. So, because it is an older switch, I just purchased and installed a new 2477D switch. When I try to add it to the ISY, I get the same message. Any recommendations? All my other insteon switches work just fine.

On 1.0.24 for a couple of days now. Works nicely. No issues so far. Going forward, I would agree with the advantage of adding iBeacon support as this really expands automation possibilities

I have 2 separate polisy devices at 2 locations, each running 5.5.7. All works well. When I set up UD mobile favorite page for one polisy, it creates the same favorites (same nodes) when I switch to the second IoX account on Polisy #2. Is there any way to have separate favorite node pages for each IoX?

I'm having the same problem with Polisy 5.5.5 with Z Matter board. My Bladwin lock (Z-wave Plus 500 series) adds fine but my older Schlage (Z wave 300 series doesn't add. Was thinking that the 700 series Z Matter cannot communicate with the series 300, but then before installing Z matter, I had a Zooz (700 series) on the Polisy and the Schlage added just fine.

Its a ZW/IR Pro so I think it has a 500 board.

Sorry, I meant to say that after migrating to IoX on Polisy, I had a Zooz stick for the polisy. After upgrading the stick to ZMatter, I can no longer add the older Schlage lock (wave 300) to the network. I thought the network speed setting in 5.5.5 might allow me to add this lock.

I had a Zooz stick in my 994 then migrated to polisy with Zmatter

I tried different network speed settings for my 2016 vintage Schlage lock (not Z wave plus) as it will not add to the network, I assume this is because the wave card in the lock is the 300 series and Z matter cannot communicate with it. Setting the network speed faster or slower did not make a difference. My Baldwin lock is Z wave 500 series and Z matter sees it without problem. I was just hoping that changing the network speed setting would allow Z matter to communicate with the Schlage, but I guess not.

Just upgraded successfully to 5.5.5. What z wave speed setting is recommended for Z-wave plus door locks and earlier version Z wave locks (e.g., schlage or baldwin)

I had the same problem with PG3 not seeing ISY on local network. Rebooted several times and seems to have resolved. But, the 5.5.4 upgrade wiped out all of my Z wave devices and had to start all over adding them back. Still cannot get Matter to see my Enbrighten switches

So I tried your recommendation and entered a geofence (with URL) for me an my wife's iPhone in ISY Occupancy. Used Locative to enter the appropriate URL for each person as a GET command. Both nodes (mine and my wife's) show up in the ISY, but only my geofence is updated by Locative. Have re-checked all URL data and nothing seems to be wrong. Not sure why my ISY node is updated but not my wife's. Any ideas?

I am using the same portal (mine) and trying to add a second geofence for my wife (separate iPhone). Have tried everything but no luck, so I thought I would try to add her as a user to see if that made a difference. When I try that and add her email, it shows up as "unverified" and she has not received any message to verify it.

An old issue but I am not successful in adding a second user to occupancy. I have tried several times to add a new user (in hopes of solving my problem) to Portal but each time I get "email not verified". Is Portal working, occupancy working?

My UD Mobile just started acting strangely. At Home page, my 2 ISY's won't start "subscription". Any ideas?

I have latest IoX on Polisy and would like to add my wife's phone to occupancy for geofencing. My phone is on Occupancy URL and via locative, it updates the node server nicely. I have added another geofence to Occupancy (same location) for my wife and it shows up in the node server but when I enter the URL into Locative, it does not update the node server even though the Locative notification shows the the "report in/out" are being sent. Any ideas?
