Support thread for: PG3x v3.1.32 (June 27, 2023)
SHM replied to bmercier's topic in Polyglot v3 (PG3x)
I am still running PG3 on my Polisy. I am a bit in the dark as to the mechanism for changing to PG3x and if it wise to do this. -
Tried Enable PG3x: https://polisy.local:8443/rest/pg3x.enable nothing happens after manual reboot
-
So how does one upgrade to PG3X?
-
Can't seem to upgrade my Polisy to 3.1.29. Running IoX 5.6.2. Have only tried upgrade via Admin Console.
-
I am having the same issue. No problems with internet or power.
-
I tried all those things but still have no luck. IoX launcher displays the LAN addresses fairly quickly but need to "load" the saved IoX finder to display the WAN addresses. Weird. Only happens at 1 site.
-
So both locations have virtually identical networks (equipment, speed) and the laptop is used for both. For site 1, the IoX launcher opens the LAN AND WAN options almost immediately. For site 2, I just tried and launcher initially was blank and at the top of the window it displayed "IoX finder not found." After about 30 seconds, the LAN option for site1 appeared. Waited several minutes, then hit refresh and the LAN for site 2 appeared. No WAN options unless I load it from a saved finder file.

The Java memory was at 512 so I increased to 1024 with no effect

I have 2 nearly identical Polisy systems running at separate locations on the same type of network. Running IoX 5.6.0 and PG3 3.1.20. I have noticed that on one system, when opening IoX launcher the finder immediately opens the WAN and LAN options for both sites. When I open IoX launcher on the other system, the finder opens very slowly and often only the LAN address for the second site is displayed. Refresh does not do anything and opening a saved finder file does display the other WAN/LAN addresses, but very slowly and only for that session. I use the same laptop to open IoX launcher and it has the latest Java. Any ideas?

Just lost all communication with Insteon devices. Have tried ISY and Polisy reboot with no luck. Running IoX 5.5.9 and PG3 3.1.20
-
I have not added any electronics recently

Have been running IoX 5.5.9 on PG3 with Z matter just fine. I noticed that one wall light, controlled by an Insteon 2476D V 5.4, would no longer communicate with IoX. Did a factory reset of the switch, but it wouldn't add back to ISY saying it could not determine insteon engine. So, because it is an older switch, I just purchased and installed a new 2477D switch. When I try to add it to the ISY, I get the same message. Any recommendations? All my other insteon switches work just fine.

On 1.0.24 for a couple of days now. Works nicely. No issues so far. Going forward, I would agree with the advantage of adding iBeacon support as this really expands automation possibilities

Have been using Occupancy for some time, with mixed results. Currently have UD mobile iOS 1.0.21. Where can I get 1.0.22?
-
I have 2 separate polisy devices at 2 locations, each running 5.5.7. All works well. When I set up UD mobile favorite page for one polisy, it creates the same favorites (same nodes) when I switch to the second IoX account on Polisy #2. Is there any way to have separate favorite node pages for each IoX?
-
I'll try that
-
Yes, but the schlage still added to the network under the Zooz stick, but not with Z matter.
-
Light yes. It was always the latest firmware

I'm having the same problem with Polisy 5.5.5 with Z Matter board. My Bladwin lock (Z-wave Plus 500 series) adds fine but my older Schlage (Z wave 300 series doesn't add. Was thinking that the 700 series Z Matter cannot communicate with the series 300, but then before installing Z matter, I had a Zooz (700 series) on the Polisy and the Schlage added just fine.
-
Its a ZW/IR Pro so I think it has a 500 board.
-
Sorry, I meant to say that after migrating to IoX on Polisy, I had a Zooz stick for the polisy. After upgrading the stick to ZMatter, I can no longer add the older Schlage lock (wave 300) to the network. I thought the network speed setting in 5.5.5 might allow me to add this lock.

Yes, when I was still using the 994
