  1. Hi glacier991, MobiLinc might be the cause if you do NOT see your ISY online in the ISY Portal. The best thing to do would be: 1. Go to http://echo.amazon.com and login 2. Click on the Smart Home menu on the left 3. Scroll down and click on Forget All Devices 4. Click on Discover devices and test again With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello sandpiper, You are always welcome to submit a ticket or call our tech support. We'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Kevin, ERR = status of the node: whether or not it's in error. In case of Z-Wave/ISNTEON, it means whether or not ISY can communicate with the device. Err = 0 = No Error (normal condition). Err = 1 to Communication error. The reason this is there is very much the same as other status/control things ISY does. With Control, for EVERY communication error, this Control is set to 1. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Don, This is browser cache issue. After you unlink, close all browsers, reopen and retry. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi sandpiper, Click on the rule and choose whatever rule you wish to use. US / Canada is the default. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Steve, I already responded to your ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi sandpiper, Please click on the Change Location button and choose your Daylight Saving Rule. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi MFBra, Thank you and I agree. I was just offering alternatives till such time that we have enough time to implement. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Kentinada, Thanks so very much for the update. Most probably the issue was browser cache. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi PhanTomiZ, Apologies, yes, it's status. Yes, this program is evaluated when something that you try to communicate with does not respond. It's no different than trying to figure out whether or not the PLM is still working. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi kentinada, I very much doubt your settings are being saved. Please make sure that local settings is set to blank and remains blank. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi intellihome, Yes, as long as you REBOOT ISY with a different PLM, you can do PLM restore. This said, please MAKE SURE you restore the backup first and then restore devices before attempting anything else. With kind regards, Michel
  13. MFBra, You can also use Control 'is not Responding' on a few of your most important devices in a program. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Kentinada, Please send the screenshot of your MobiLinc Configuration settings to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi intellihome, Hopefully you have a good backup from before the PLM replacement. If you do, then you can definitely recover by Restoring Devices: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:File_Menu#Restore_Devices With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi junior, sdynak is 100% correct. I suspect that either File | Delete Modem was issued OR you restored a dead PLM. Hopefully you have a very good backup from before all of this. And, if you do, you can definitely recover by: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:File_Menu#Restore_Devices With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Kentinada, You can use MobiLinc through ISY Portal: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_MobiLinc_Configuration With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello everyone, Unfortunately, we just received another HW rev of the Motion Sensor (which replaces the older version) and, regrettably, it does not work with neither firmware version of ISY. Looking into it now. With kind regards, Michel

  20. Michel Kohanim replied to Pster's topic in ISY994
Thanks Teken. Hi Pster, by default AutoDR is off. You can get more information from http://openadr.org. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello all, This motion sensor reports as the old one in both 4.x and 5.x branches. So, have tested the motion ... dusk/dawn and low bat have not yet been tested. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi leonpc, I very much doubt you can add support for GarageHawk in the Hub. With regards to ISY, unless you make a node server in 5.x, it would be impossible in 4.x. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi jday, It's always best to use the app (not applet): http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello sdcrane, Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately it's not as trivial as you suggest since ISY Portal will have to start collecting temperature units from thermostats (which sometimes is not possible). In Celsius, you do have digits after the decimal. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi SeeGreen, Here you go: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Email_.26_Networking_Substitution_Variables With kind regards, Michel
